Tom has worked in the bus industry since 2008 and brings extensive knowledge and experience to every booking. As our Transport Manager, he oversees compliance, vehicle standards and logistics, ensuring every journey runs safely and smoothly behind the scenes.
With a background in teaching, support work and special educational needs, I focus on customer communication, organisation and care. You will usually find me answering emails, managing social media and coordinating bookings, making sure every detail is handled properly from your first enquiry to the day of travel.
Inspired by Our Own Wedding
In 2018, we hired a classic Routemaster for our own wedding. That experience, along with some unexpected life changes, inspired us to invest in our own vehicle and build something for our family.
