1. Services Offered

Knights Prestige Tranport LTD provides private hire of vintage vehicles for events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, and promotional activities.
 

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

  • A deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than [e.g., 14 days] prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations within [e.g., 14 days] of the event will be charged in full.

  • Knights Prestige Transport LTD reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle issues or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
     

4. Conduct Onboard

  • Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.

  • Alcohol may be allowed upon prior agreement, but passengers must drink responsibly.

  • The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of all guests and for any damage caused during the hire.
     

5. Safety

  • All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless otherwise directed by staff.

  • KnightsPrestige cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from misuse of the bus or failure to follow safety instructions.
     

6. Use of Images & Media

  • We may take photographs of events for promotional use (social media, website, brochures). If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing.
     

7. Website Usage

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of KnightsPrestige and may not be used without permission.

  • We are not responsible for the content of any external sites linked from our website.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

Knights Prestige Transport LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
 

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
